BAKED IRISH CORN 
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) bag Jiffy mix (corn muffin)

Prepare all ingredients in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
