BAKED CREAM CORN | |
1 (30 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn 1 (30 oz.) can creamed corn 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. butter, melted 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread or muffin mix 2 tbsp. sugar Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
