BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk

Dip chicken in water, then coat in flour which has been mixed with seasonings. Put chicken, skin side down, in 13x9 inch pan. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

Mix hot water and dry milk together. Pour over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and return to oven. Bake another 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
