MEXICAN BAKE CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken cut up to frying size, or parts of breast, thighs, etc.
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chili powder

Mix flour, salt, pepper and chili powder. Roll chicken in mixture. Place in 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Add 1 cup water and 1/2 to 3/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour. Take out and add 1 cup stuffed green olives sliced and 1 large onion sliced thin. Add more water if needed. Bake at 350 degrees covered for another 30 minutes. Remove and add 1 cup ground almonds if desired.
