LIMA CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. frozen fordhook lima beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Rice Krispies or bread crumbs

Cook vegetables until barely tender (about 3 minutes). Blend together soup, sour cream and soup mix. Stir together with cooked vegetables. Add water chestnuts. Spoon into buttered casserole. Top with buttered Rice Krispies or bread crumbs. Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
