POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 med to lg.
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, or cream of mushroom
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed cornflakes, or Rice Krispies
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix first 8 ingredients; mix remaining 2 ingredients together.

Place first mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with corn flakes and butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
