CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. onion, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked & diced
1 c. buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips

Place in 2 quart casserole. Mix soup, onion and broth. Pour over rice. Add chicken. Bake 50 minutes in 400 degree oven. Top with crumbs. 6 servings.
