CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. boned chicken
1/2 c. instant dry milk
1 1/2 c. water
Potato chips

Mix rice, soup, salt and chicken. Add in milk-water mixture that has been thoroughly mixed. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle over top, 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake near center of oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4.

This recipe may be used with any left over meat substituting cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup for the cream of chicken.
