CORN SALAD (PICKLED) 
1 1/2 dozen ears corn
2 red peppers, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion (diced)
1 pt. vinegar
1 pt. water
1 sm. stalk celery

Cut off corn; put in a large pot. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes. Jar immediately.
