QUICK FUDGE FROSTING 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in saucepan and cook over very low flame. Stir constantly and cook until mixture boils and thickened. Remove from heat and beat with spoon until of spreading consistency. This frosting is the kind that never hardens, yet is never too thin.
