CREAMY FUDGE FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch salt
4 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil to soft ball stage. Cool. Add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat. Cool and thicken. If too thin add powdered sugar. If too thick add a few drops of milk or cream.
