ANGELA'S SCALLOP POTATOES | |
1 large onion 4 large potatoes 1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 2 tbsp. butter Fry onion in butter until slightly tender. Slice potatoes round and thin, add to butter and onion. Add soup and water, cook on medium for 1 hour, stirring occasionally or until tender. |
