WATERCRESS SOUP 
1 bunch watercress
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can beef broth
1 can water (fill empty broth can)

Wash cress. Pluck leaves from stems. Combine all ingredients in blender until cress is finely chopped. May be served hot or cold, as desired.

Serves 4 to 6.
