CAROLINA TACO SOUP | |
Perfect for a cold night! 1 lb. ground beef 1 lb. pork sausage or chorizo 1 onion, chopped 2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped 1 can chopped green chilis 2 packets taco seasoning 1 can white hominy 2 cans white corn 1 can diced tomatoes with peppers and onions 1 can pinto beans 1 can beef broth 1 can tomato soup 1 jug V8 Hot sauce, to taste Brown ground beef, chorizo, onion, jalapeņo peppers, and green chilis together. Add taco seasoning and mix thoroughly. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 1 to 2 hours. Garnish: grated cheese sour cream spring onions, chopped avocado, chopped Garnish with grated cheese, sour cream, chopped spring onions, and chopped avocado. Serve with hot cornbread.
