QUICK ENERGY SNACK 
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. banana flakes
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. dried apples
1/2 c. carob morsels
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. granola

Mix well in large bowl. Store in airtight container.
