ONE AND ONE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. sliced green onions

Crumble ground meat in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with rice and soup mix. Blend mushroom soup and water. Pour over rice. Spread onion tops over mixture. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes 6 servings.
