CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/3 c. parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning to taste

Toss all ingredients lightly together. Place in a greased 3 quart casserole. Refrigerate, covered until ready to bake. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until peas are done. Serves 6.
