SHRIMP & CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. of crab, shredded or "fake" crab
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled & deveined
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. rice (brown or white), cooked
2 c. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt & pepper (parsley garnish)

Combine all ingredients in large casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
