CRAB CASSEROLE 
1 med. size green pepper, chopped
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb. crab meat (preferably fresh)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (or more)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttered crumbs

Mix above and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
