STUFFED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 lb. ground meat, beef or turkey
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground meat in skillet. Layer half of cabbage in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix ground meat, rice, and half of tomatoes. Spread meat mixture over cabbage. Cover meat mixture with remaining cabbage. Pour remaining tomatoes and can of tomato sauce over top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until cabbage is soft. If you like stuffed cabbage, but without all the work, you will love this recipe.
