QUICK 'N EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 (5 oz.) cans white chicken meat 1 lb. breakfast sausage 1 can celery soup 1 can chicken soup 1 grated carrot 3/4 c. uncooked rice 1/2 chopped onion Brown sausage and onions in pan. Drain excess grease. Season to taste. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 can water. Cook in microwave on high for 45 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes to prevent sticking to side of dish. Serves 6. |
