QUICK 'N EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 (5 oz.) cans white chicken meat
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 can celery soup
1 can chicken soup
1 grated carrot
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 chopped onion

Brown sausage and onions in pan. Drain excess grease. Season to taste. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 can water. Cook in microwave on high for 45 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 10 or 15 minutes to prevent sticking to side of dish. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
