QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN DRESSING 
1 fryer, cut up (save 3 c. broth)
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter

Boil fryer in salted water until done. Let cool. Remove bones and break chicken into small pieces. Then place on bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Reserve 3 cups broth.

Mix both soups and onions together; heat just enough to dissolve them. Pour over chicken. Take entire package of stuffing mix, sprinkle over top of soup mixture.

Take 3 cups broth and pour over stuffing mix letting it soak in. Dot melted butter over top of mix brushing lightly. Sprinkle pepper on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown.
