PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
Oil
Salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
Pepper
2 lb. bag hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Brown chops. Sprinkle with salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can of onions. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer. 6 servings.
