PORK ROAST CASSEROLE 
3 or 3 1/2 lb. pork roast
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
Tomato ketchup

Boil pork roast until done. Let cool and tear up into small pieces. Put in deep baking dish. Place pork roast over the bottom of dish. Add some celery and green pepper. Pour a little ketchup over it and repeat the same again until dish is full. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
