OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
2 onion slices, separated
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Peel potatoes and cut into medium slices. Spray iron skillet with Pam. Layer potatoes and single onion slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Spray Pam over top of potatoes.

Continue layering potatoes until all slices used and repeat as above. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Sometimes they have to bake longer than 45 minutes. Just have to check to make sure they are tender. You can turn potatoes over after baking for 30 minutes. Continue baking until tender.

This takes the place of fried potatoes on top of stove. Cuts down on grease and fried foods.
