SMOKEY BEEF ON A BUN 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. butter
4 buns

Brown beef in a frying pan. Stir in catsup, water, mustard, pepper and liquid smoke. Cook about 10 minutes to blend flavors. Butter buns and toast under broiler. Serve beef in toasted buns.
