SAUSAGE MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 tbsp. mustard
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into mini-muffin pan.

Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes.

Yield 48-60 muffins.
