LIGHTHOUSE INN SALMON SALAD 
4 c. cooked flaked salmon
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Dash liquid smoke
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients - chill overnight. Makes 2 quarts.
