RHUBARB/BERRY CUSTARD PIE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. flour 3 c. peeled and cut up rhubarb, if you like 1/2 c. fresh strawberries or 1/2 c. fresh blueberries Mix together well first five ingredients. Stir into rhubarb and if you like berries. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
