BLUEBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
2 c. blueberries
2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for two crust pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare pastry place berries and rhubarb in large bowl. Mix sugar, flour and orange peel and pour over the berry and rhubarb. Stir to coat place in the pastry lined pie plate and dot with the butter. Cover with the top crust. Cut slits in it seal and flat. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
