BLUEBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. blueberries
2 c. rhubarb, cut into sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Unbaked deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place in pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 40-45 minutes.
