THAT WONDERFUL CHICKEN -
ARTICHOKE SALAD
 
1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni, cooked and drained
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
4 green onions, chopped (use tops)
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
3 c. mayonnaise (we use a little less)
7 - 8 chicken breasts, cooked, boned, chopped
1 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives

Combine all ingredients and chill overnight. This makes a LOT, we half the recipe! Serve with club crackers, Triskets, or French bread. Also good with baked fruits.
