CHICKEN - ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni
2 jars artichoke hearts (in oil)
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/2 chopped red onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed on box. Let cool. Add artichoke hearts and marinade (not quite all), onion, green pepper and olives. Mix. Add mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix. Can be made with chicken pieces (approximately 2 whole chicken breasts) sauteed quickly in butter and herbs. Add to salad.
