8 flour tortillas
Chopped ham
Ortega chilis (diced)
Monterey Jack cheese

Combine ham, chilis, cheese and roll in tortilla.

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Grease pan and pour sauce over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Serve with salsa.
