LITTLE HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion (optional)
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 to 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
10 oz. can Hungry Jack refrigerated biscuits
5 slices American cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press or roll 5 biscuits to 3 1/2 inch circles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon about 1/4 cup ham mixture onto center of each flattened biscuit. Fold cheese squares into quarters; place on ham mixture. Press or roll remaining biscuits into 4 inch circles; press lightly over ham mixture. Do not seal. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Makes 5 sandwiches.
