BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
1/2 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. raisins
5 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/2 to 3/4 c. regular or light mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar or 6 pkgs. Equal
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
