1 c. bulgar wheat
1 c. water

Soak wheat in water for 20 minutes. Add: 2/3 c. lemon juice 1/2 can tomato paste 1 bunch parsley, chopped fine 1 bunch scallions, chopped fine 2 green peppers, chopped fine 2 sm. cucumbers, chopped fine 2 tomatoes, chopped fine Little salt

Chill and serve in pita (pocket) bread.
