2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. 7-Up pop
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jell-O and hot water in large bowl until Jell-O is dissolved. Add 7-Up. Put in the refrigerator until it starts to set. Add cream cheese, crushed pineapple, carrots, chopped nuts and Cool Whip. Mix well. Put in mold and chill until set.
