COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE 
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
6 eggs
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 1/2 c. coconut
3 tbsp. flour
3 unbaked pie shells (8 inch)

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs, pineapple and coconut. Put in 3 pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
