COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 stick melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can coconut or 4 oz. bag
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 pie shells (may be frozen)

Divide coconut in pie shells. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add pineapple. Pour over coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
