PINEAPPLE - COCONUT PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
15 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
4 eggs
7 oz. pkg. coconut
2 tbsp. flour
2 unbaked pie shells

Put sugar, flour, butter and eggs in bowl. Beat until fluffy. Add coconut and pineapple. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
