PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIES 
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
3 frozen pie crusts

Blend butter, sugar, and eggs. Add pineapple and coconut. Divide mixture into three shallow pie crusts. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
