PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIE 
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut
1 deep 9 inch pie crust (unbaked)
Cool Whip

Melt butter. Add sugar, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add flour, vanilla, drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center of pie is solid. Top with Cool Whip.
