PINEAPPLE-COCONUT PIE 
2 pie shells, unbaked
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
5 lg. eggs
1 can pineapple, drained
1 can coconut

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time; add pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown and thick.
