COCONUT PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 unbaked pie crusts
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 stick butter, melted
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
Pinch salt

Beat eggs. Combine egg, sugar and butter. Blend well. Add pineapple, coconut and salt. Pour into two pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
