PEANUT BUTTER TEMPTATIONS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Roll dough into 1 inch (or smaller) balls. Drop into well greased and floured muffin tins (1 1/2 inch). Bake at 325 degrees for about 12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and immediately press one miniature peanut butter cup into center. Cool in refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes. Remove cookie from pan with sharp knife.
