MEAT LOAVES AND ZUCCHINI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. onion salt
5 med. zucchini, sliced
1 915 oz.) can tomato sauce

Combine meat, crumbs, basil, eggs and salt. Shape into small meat loaves. Brown loaves well on all sides in skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini and tomato sauce, cover and cook 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp. Makes 6 servings.
