1 lb. ground hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried garlic
Catsup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the catsup. Mash meat mixture into a 12-cup muffin pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
