SEASONED INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

1. Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Form into 8 individual meat loaves. Place in 2 quart (12 x 7 inch) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until well done. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes before serving. One meatloaf usually enough for 1 person. They are filling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
