CRAB SALAD SUPREME 
2 c. crabmeat
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Shredded lettuce
4 heard cooked eggs, sliced
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 c. minced green onions
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine first eight ingredients. Combine sauce ingredients; pour over salad and toss. Spoon onto lettuce on individual plates or a serving platter; garnish with eggs and tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
